PRODUCTION
Franchini Lamiere processing line is technologically equipped in order to offer heavy plate and coils, both hot rolled and hot rolled pickled and oiled, with the correct thickness and properties for different applications.
All our materials are from UE mills and can be finished by all mechanical cutting processes: laser, high-definition plasma flame-cutting, including high thickness up to 25 mm. Particular attention is paid to the surface finishing by brushing to completely remove the mill scale.
Extra services on request
- Surface treatments: BRUSHING, BLASTING, COATING.
- Squaring up with close dimensional tolerances.
- Plates can be supplied with cut edge.
Certifications and tests
- RINA and Lloyd Register Emea rules.
- Ultrasonic tests according to EN 10163 Std.
- Supplementary tests on request.

The plant is equipped with Four decoiling lines (especially purposed for UHSS up to 1100 N/mm² ReH) that allow to produce and finish steel products as follows:

AVAILABILITY AND LOGISTICS
A wide range of steel plates and coils – more than 70.000 tons – in different finishing and qualities are available in stock and ready to be delivered.
Thanks to the organization and its logistics system, Franchini Lamiere guarantees an high efficiency, making deliveries in 48 hours.
